Jauntavia Prather Padgett is a strategist, advocate, and military veteran who has spent her career helping mission-driven teams turn complex systems into something that actually works—for the people they serve and the teams doing the work.
Whether she is guiding a community coalition, advising on political strategy, or helping a nonprofit untangle bureaucratic red tape, Jauntavia brings equal parts clarity and conviction. She has a sharp eye for systems and an even sharper focus on people, especially those who are often left behind when policies fall short.
She launched Padgett Strategic to help organizations move from being stuck to being heard, seen, and effective. Her approach is direct, grounded, and deeply values-driven: ask better questions, map smarter strategies, and act with urgency.
